How to look bomb AF

In every photo

More often than ever I find myself looking at people on social media that seems to look flawless all the time.

You know those people who look incredibly good from EVRY. SINGLE. ANGLE, EVERYSINGLE TIME OF THE DAY.

LIKE, GURL! GIVE ME YOUR GENES

For so long I've been trying to understand what's behind a million dollar good looking photo and a picture that looks like a mugshot.

2017 was the year of realizing stuff, right?

That's what I have realized:

  • Light, light, light!

Stop relying on post-processing and filters and start to look for natural, even, diffused light. It will help tremendously with smoothing fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles and pimples .

Top is harsh uneven light, Bottom is soft diffused light

  • Makeup

As crazy as it might sounds makeup and styling have a huge impact on the way you look in pictures.

A thin veil of blush, bronzer, concealer and mascara can really brighten and give life to dull and tired skin.

My most favourite makeup essentials are a lightweight concealer and a brow pomade:

  • Posing

This last one is one of the things I have noticed to be crucial to look bomb in photos: a good pose!

Always remember to relax your shoulders and mouth to avoid any stiffness.

Place the weight on your back leg and move your torso slightly away from the camera in order to create the illusion of a slimmer figure.

Crossing legs is also a great way to slim down your figure and add interest and movement to the photo!

  • Have fun!

It might seems obvious, but it really helps to make a boring-photo look interesting and eye catching. Do not be ashamed to dance, move, laugh and play as it will surely make some epic photos :)
